Think of life as a gift wrapped in this beautiful box, from the outside it seems to you that your about to receive a wonderful gift and your all excited and can’t wait to see what is in it.
But wait what if it’s something you don’t want? Ah ha, the catch you wont know untill you unwrap it, open it up and see what is inside, then you can begin to grasp what God just has given you.
What you decide to do next with your gift will either lead to Life or Death. Just know that in all of this there are lessons that have to be learned along the way.
Once you have learned the lesson that has been given to you then and only then can your really begin to understand what God has done for you.
Lesson 1.) Love one and another as God loves you.
1 John 4:7-11 Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
Lesson 2.) Treat others as you want to be treated.
Luke 6:31 Do to others as you would have them do to you.
Lesson 3:) Never ever say what will or wont happen to you in life. Your not the one in control of your life, God is.
Proverbs 19:21 Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails
Lesson 4:) Don’t blame God, yourself, or others for what happens in your life, take responsiblity for the choices you make. Instead learn from your past mistakes, learn to grieve what has been lost and ask God to forgive you of your sins, forgive those who have hurt you, ask for forgiveness to those you have hurt and most importantly learn to forgive yourself. Let go of the past and move forward.
Colossians 3:13 Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.
Lesson 5:) Thank God for the good, the bad and the ugly that has come about in your life. Be grateful for everything you have or don’t have, and in every situation that God brings your way.
1 Thessalonians 5:18 Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
Lesson 6:) Don’t ever go by appearances alone because it will lead you astray. What appears to look good to you may not be something good for you at all! Instead check things out and make a wise decisions before you leap into something head first without thinking about it.
John 7:24 Stop judging by appearances, but judge with righteous judgment!”
Lesson 7:) Always find the positive in a negative situations.
Philippians 4:8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
Lesson 8:) Live life unselfish in all areas.
Philippians 2:3-4 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, 4 not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.
Lesson 9:) Don’t rely on yourself, other people, or situations to get you through life, because you will only find yourself left disappointed. Instead rely only on God one-hundred percent to make it through what life is about to give you.
Psalm 118:8 [It is] better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man
Lessons 10:) There are no easy ways out of life, just perseverance. Let God be your strength at all times to help you through this life.
James 1:2-4 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
Lesson 11:) When others hurt you with their words or their actions just know it because they are hurting to. We all are human and are going to make mistakes. Jesus Christ was the only one who was perfect.
Thessalonians 5:15 Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else.
Luke 6:28 Bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.
Lesson 12:) Try your hardest to live your life with the least regrets. Remember we are only human and we will make mistakes but we have to get back up, dust our selves off and try again. Lean on God to get you through the trials of life your going to face.
1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.
Just remember this; whatever you decide to do in this life it’s because of the choices you make. God has given all of us a free will to do what we want, but it’s up to you to decide what road you will choose.
You can either choose the road that leads to life or you can choose the road that leads to death, but just remember it always goes back to what you decided to do at that moment when you were given the choice to decide.
NOT GOD, OR ANYONE OR ANYTHING CAN FORCE YOU TO DO ANYTHING! You have to decide and choose to let God and His Word be your road map to guide you through this life. Or you can choose to follow the worlds way, what way will you go? Just remember this you haven’t truly lived life untill you have lived it through Jesus Christ!
